It carries out its origination and intermediation operations of financial Instruments on the Chilean Products Exchange, and on any other market or intermediation platform authorized by the Financial Market Commission (CMF).
Direct Investments in private debt instruments are restricted only to Institutional Investors and Qualified Investors, as indicated in General Rule No. 216 of 2008, issued by the CMF.
